Our wine begins on the northern coast of California

where fog and sloped sun feed into early harvested fruit. With roots in Venice, our blend mixes classic Champagne tradition with new California ideology – respecting the delicacy and biodiversity of the environment as much as the subtlety and pop of the bubbles to create a distinctly Sapere sparkling.

We pride ourselves on minimal intervention in the vineyards and cantina. Our signature sparkling is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, no added chemicals or sulfites, no residual sugar. Always Vegan
