In the premiere of the third season of “Voices for Change,” we celebrate Black History Month with the return of a beloved parade and festival. We also take a deep dive into the NFL’s diversity problem, exacerbated by the lawsuit filed by former Dolphins head coach Brian Flores and discuss the recent win for gender equity in sports by members of the U.S. women’s soccer team.
